Latitude Software, the industry?s leader in providing software and services to the debt collection and recovery industry, is extremely happy with the results that came from this year?s User Group conference held August 14-16, 2006.
At this year?s conference, a survey was conducted to find out what customers thought of Latitude products and the staff they work with on a daily basis and to see if their expectations were met. Encouragingly, more than 90 percent of respondents indicated they were more than happy with Latitude. According to the survey, all departments ranked above average.
The three most important attributes of the software suite noted were SQL technology, open architecture and scalability
All Latitude team members, from client support to accounting and administration, are ecstatic customers appreciate their hard work and dedication.
