CR Software, Inc. (CRS), the leading collections solutions provider for collection agencies and corporate debt recovery departments, announce today that it has signed a preferred vendor agreement with Global Connect, an industry leader in Voice Over IP (VOIP) communications systems.


The Call Outsourcing Interface to Global Connect allows users to easily build user defined lists of consumers based on multiple criteria to be sent to the messaging system. Once the calls are connected and Right Party contact is verified, the call can be sent back to an agent to complete any transaction. Call results, whether connected to a live person or not, can be automatically loaded back into the Collection Resource System for historical reference or to make decisions for making future calls.
