Executive Bio: Gregory A. Cappa

Greg Cappa joined National Asset Recovery Services, Inc. (NARS) as Senior Vice President in 2003. Mr. Cappa is responsible for the operational performance of all NARS locations, both domestic and international overseeing all aspects of Contingency, Outsourcing, Debt Purchasing, Teleservices, and Customer Care. Prior to joining NARS, Mr. Cappa was an Operational Vice President for a full service call solutions provider in Montego Bay, Jamaica for 3 ½ years. Mr. Cappa has enjoyed over 16 years of senior level, collection management experience with specific proficiencies in the banking, governmental, educational, and telecommunication industries.

National Asset Recovery Services, Inc. ("NARS") is a Saint Louis, Missouri based Receivables Management Company. The Company has been in existence since 1993 and has worked diligently to develop its reputation as a professional and performance-driven financial services firm. The Company has achieved much of its success by cultivating client relationships with national financial institutions.

Over the last eleven years, NARS has grown steadily by providing standard collections and skip tracing. The company has broadened their collection portfolio to include credit cards, consumer loans, bad checks, auto deficiencies, first and second mortgages and various other types of debt.

NARS operates two facilities in the U.S. One site houses 125 collector stations and is home to third-party, domestic, charge-off collection unit. The other site houses the company’s entire first-party outsourcing collection unit and has 85 collector stations. NARS also operates two near shore facilities. The Caribbean site is located in Montego Bay, Jamaica and currently employs 750 full time employees, with potential capacity in excess of 1,200 employees. The Central American site is located in Panama City, Panama and currently employs 450 full time employees with a total capacity of over 1,400 employees.
