Founded to help collection attorneys and their collection staff meet the competition associated with Creditors’ Rights and Collection Law along with the other challenges of a rapidly changing economy, a group of professionals with decades of experience in the collection industry have formed a new organization that has the credit industry talking about the future.
The NBCA is a unique business model. It seeks to provide a new option for those in the rapid fire world of the collection industry looking for professionals to provide them with collection services to more easily find those who can best serve their needs.
NBCA’s goals for collection firms are to elevate current and future opportunities for attorneys and their collection staff while helping to establish solid business relationships with prospective clients, including collection agencies. Further, this board has a goal to enhance the certified member’s networking base with other outstanding collection law firms nationwide. The prestige of becoming a “Board Certified” collection attorney or law firm collector through NBCA can help many firms seeking new ways to set themselves apart from their competition.
The National List of Attorneys (a company that has provided worldwide legal referrals in the collection industry since 1900) recently conducted an interview with Mark V. Matz, NBCA’s President, about the new organization covering a variety of topics ranging from goals and objectives to services and benefits. This interview can be found at www.nationallist.com by clicking on their news blog icon, “On The N List”.
The National Board of Collection Attorneys, Inc. (NBCA) serves the attorneys who practice Collection Law for either consumer or commercial clients and the collection personnel that they employ. NBCA promotes a best practices platform for both collection attorneys and law firm debt collectors throughout the United States through our “Board Certification Program” which prompts law firm applicants to adhere to and comply with the ethical standards set and monitored by our certifying board members.
