TRIAD 8 is the first portfolio management solution to combine industry-standard account and customer strategy management capabilities onto a single platform. This cutting-edge system provides significant innovations that increase user control, precision and speed to lenders’ account and customer management strategies.

PIC Solutions strategy consultants worked closely with Edcon to ensure an upgrade to TRIAD 8. Through TRIAD 8, Edcon now responds rapidly to customer changes and can update and maintain their corporate strategies and policies. In addition, the system will lead to enhanced individual account level treatment in strategic decision areas and increase Edcon’s overall portfolio profitability.
