Executive Change: Clear Payment Solutions Names Doffie Howard CEO

Clear Payment Solutions, a division of ClearComm, announced today that Doffie Howard has joined the CPS family as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 2, 2013.

Mr. Howard, most recently the CEO of Stellar Recovery, is a long-time ARM industry veteran of over 15 years.  Mr. Howard is bringing his passion and deep ARM industry knowledge to the merchant services space in order to deliver superior products and services back to the industry he knows best.
