Collection Law firm Rausch, Sturm, Israel, Enerson & Hornik, LLC (RSIEH) announced this week that two of its attorneys have been named a Wisconsin Super Lawyer and one of its attorneys has been named a Wisconsin Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine.

Gregory W. Enerson was named as one of Wisconsin’s top lawyers under the age of 40 by the award program. William C. Sturm and Scott M. Israel were named as Wisconsin Super Lawyers. Only 2.5 percent of the total lawyers in Wisconsin are listed as a Rising Star and only 5 percent of the total lawyers in Wisconsin are listed as a Super Lawyer. The selection procedure uses a multi-step evaluation process that incorporates a system of balloting, peer evaluation and internal research.

Enerson was one of twenty lawyers selected in the “Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights” category and was the only attorney in that category to practice at a retail collection firm. Sturm and Israel were the only Super Lawyers in the “Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights” category to practice at a retail collection firm.

This is the sixteenth time that an attorney of RSIEH has been honored with either a Rising Star or Super Lawyer designation. RSIEH is a collection firm headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin with offices in California, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Iowa, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas and Utah.
