Executive Bio: Rob Yarmo

Rob has been in the collections industry for over 23 years. His background is varied, encompassing general management, operations, marketing, sales, client services and relationship management. Rob has worked extensively with many of the largest credit grantors in North America, as well as various federal, state and provincial governments.

In his current position, Rob is responsible for all sales, marketing and client services for Global Vantedge. Prior to joining Global Vantedge, Rob was Senior Vice President of COLLECTCORP, where he held the position for twelve years. His prior experiences include Dun and Bradstreet (Vice President General Manager- Receivable Management Services) and Creditel (Regional Manager). Rob graduated from York University in Toronto, Canada with a B.A. in Psychology.

Global Vantedge
Global Vantedge is the first and largest offshore call center, exclusively specializing in pre and post charge off accounts receivable management programs. With over 1000 staff in their center in Delhi, India, GVI works on behalf of many of the largest credit grantors in the bank card, financial services, telecommunications, auto finance and utilities sectors. Global Vantedge will be opening it’s second Delhi based office within the next 3 months (as of June 2004).
