AdvancedMD Releases Version 5.5

AdvancedMD, the leading provider of Web-based practice management solutions for medical offices and third-party medical billing services, released AdvancedMD version 5.5 today. New enhancements provide greater efficiencies for practice management that will save healthcare providers time and money. Current customers will receive full upgrade benefits at no additional cost.

Along with the patient billing module, version 5.5 includes a new office dashboard, complete with key performance indicators that allow physicians and office managers to view office statistics daily. Other features include improved UB92 billing, an appointment wait list, the ability to have Medicare fee schedules updated automatically and new debit adjustment functionality.

Version 5.5 provides new advantages to physician offices as well as medical billing services. The system even continues to work through the end of day processes after logging out.
