The hiring of these individuals allows NCO to positively contribute to the Rockford community by creating new jobs. The hiring will coincide with the program expansion for one of NCO’s leading clients in the wireless telecommunications industry.
Employment opportunities will largely include positions as Customer Care Associates, but will also include opportunities for team management, trainers, and other program specialist roles. Positions are full-time and offer a complete employment benefit package.
