TeleTech Holdings, Inc., a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, today announced that it has signed a new agreement with an existing broadband communications client. TeleTech will provide Spanish-language services for repair, billing, and technical issues in addition to sales and retention strategies that support the client’s Hispanic customer base.



TeleTech first began offering BPO services to the client in 2002 and the business has continued to grow since that time. Under the new agreement, TeleTech will provide in-language services for the client’s U.S. Hispanic customers. Services include inbound billing and repair inquiries as well as strategic sales and retention programs. In addition, TeleTech will offer advanced technical support to the client’s Spanish-language high-speed data customers, providing a new level of flexibility and consistency to the client’s offering.
