ACA International VP and Checknet President to Speak at Columbia Ultimate's Art of Success Conference

Columbia Ultimate, a leader in technology and integrated solutions for the collections industry, announces two new speakers for the 2012 Art of Success conference, May 7-10, at the Firesky Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. ACA International Vice President Leslie Bender, Esq. will speak on compliance topics, including state and federal laws, leading case law, lawsuit aversion and TCPA/FDCPA updates. Checknet President and CEO Jessica Devenish will deliver the conference’s keynote address, “Lessons Learned Along the Trail,” sharing her insights on the trials and celebrations her family company has gone through over the past 20 years to get to where they are today.
