Ontario Systems Presents 2012 Hall of Fame Awards

Ontario Systems, a leading provider of accounts receivable management software and services, presented awards at an event during its annual conference to clients in three key areas: Innovation, Technology and Leadership. Winners were selected based on their ability to distinguish themselves as leaders in the field.

“We have incredible clients,” said Ron Fauquher, Ontario Systems’ Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer. “Our Hall of Fame awards are a terrific way to annually recognize clients that have distinguished themselves by going above and beyond in our industry.”

The Innovation award was presented to Derek Whitaker of Convergent for his pioneering efforts in the development of new contact strategies and services made possible by the implementation of Ontario Systems new IP-based contact management system. His vision set forth a fundamental change, not only in Ontario Systems’ products, but in the Contact Management space.

Miller Magness of Professional Account Services received the Technology award for substantially improving business performance through Ontario Systems’ products and services. His innovative use of Ontario Systems’ business intelligence solution led to the development of new, cutting edge reporting. He also heavily influenced Ontario Systems in creating enhanced payment processing capabilities through its IVR product.

The Hall of Fame award for Leadership was given to Jim Christensen of Array Services Group for his efforts to actively influence the direction of Ontario Systems products and services to benefit his company and its community of customers. Christensen is an industry pioneer whose advocacy work on behalf of his peers, customers, and consumers has positively impacted the entire industry.

The ceremony was held at the NCAA Hall of Champions in Indianapolis on August 6, 2012, and featured an appearance by Indiana basketball legend, Quinn Buckner.
