TeleTech Holdings, Inc., a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, today announced that a top-five U.S. cable operator has chosen to expand its current operations with TeleTech to include wireless telephone service support in all 33 of its U.S. markets.
Under the terms of the agreement, TeleTech will provide customer management, technical support, and retail store services to support the cable company’s new wireless telephone service. The company is among the first multiple service providers (MSO) to roll out wireless service as part of a bundled offering that includes telephony, high speed data, cable television, and wireless phone service.
