Sequium Asset Solutions, LLC appoints Shaun Ertischek as Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel

MARIETTA, Ga. -- Shaun Ertischek has joined Sequium Asset Solutions LLC as Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel. Shaun has over 15 years of experience in the legal field as an attorney at Calvary Portfolio Services and in private practice at a law firm. Shaun’s most significant experience comes from his nearly 10 years with TRAKAmerica as in-house corporate counsel for a company that performs legal network management and portfolio analytics for the Accounts Receivable Management industry. Shaun is a graduate of Binghamton University, holding a degree in Economics and a second degree in Philosophy, Politics & Law. He received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.  With Sequium, Shaun will hold a highly visible and critical role leading Sequium’s Risk Management and compliance program, while designing and implementing procedures to mitigate legal and regulatory risk across Sequium’s business.  Shaun will take a proactive and strategic role in ensuring enterprise-wide compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and will do so in collaboration across business lines, management, and the Board of Directors.
