Professional Recovery Consultants Develop New Testimonial Sideshows

This week, Professional Recovery Consultants Inc, a Durham based collection agency, updated their site (www.prorecoveryinc.com) with new testimonials and graphics. The new testimonials are customized for each type of service that Professional Recovery Consultants, Inc offers, so, for example, on their Healthcare Providers page, you can now review testimonials from customers who are in the medical industry.

Having a strong and happy customer base has always been a priority for Professional Recovery Consultants and they have always provided actual testimonials on their site. However, up until this week, the testimonials were the same across all pages.

Following a customer outreach campaign, in which current clients were contacted and asked to submit a survey grading the performance of the collection agency, Professional Recovery Consultants updated their site with 5 Unique testimonial sideshows, one for each of their services pages, including Healthcare, Retail, Commercial, Utility, and Government Collections, using actual responses from the survey. In addition to changing the way the testimonials are presented, a new improved graphic was developed, which incorporates the logo of the company.
