Windham Professionals Receives People?s Choice Collection Agency Award

On Sept. 22 at their annual collection agency partner meeting at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Sallie Mae presented Windham Professionals with their “People’s Choice Award” for being their best private loan collection agency. Every year, the award is given to the agency voted best to work with by Sallie Mae employees. Including Windham, there are 16 agencies currently collecting for Sallie Mae private loans.

Representing Windham at the conference was President and CEO Erin Zaldastani, Executive Vice President of Business Development Fred Lundquist, Executive Vice President of Operations Chuck Harper, and Senior Vice President of Operations Dave Galeotti. A trophy was presented to Harper.

“We’re very proud that they’ve just voted us their favorite out of 16 collection agency partners,” said Lundquist. “Windham has always prided itself on service excellence. To see this philosophy validated in the form of this award is extremely rewarding.”

Sallie Mae is one of the country’s most influential student loan providers, managing $182 billion in education loans and serving 10 million student and parent customers through their subsidiaries.
