Kentucky Governor Announces Expansion at Medical ARM Firm Frost-Arnett

Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear Tuesday  announced Frost-Arnett plans to grow its operations in Campbellsville, Ky. Frost-Arnett, headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., an accounts receivable management company specializing in office solutions for health care organizations, will create 70 new full-time jobs and invest $620,000 to expand its Campbellsville facility (Taylor County).

“It’s always exciting when a company chooses Kentucky to grow its business,” said Gov. Beshear. “I want to thank Frost-Arnett for investing in our Commonwealth and for putting more Kentuckians to work. This expansion is a testament to the quality of our workforce.”

Frost-Arnett will expand its 10,000-square-foot call center on East Broadway Street to 12,000 square feet. The company is growing as a result of the booming healthcare industry and needs additional space and employees to meet the demand. The Campbellsville operation first opened in 1999 and currently employs 115 workers.

“The quality of the workforce in Campbellsville and the surrounding counties has always exceeded our expectations,” said Frost-Arnett President George Buck. “It was an easy decision for us to choose this site for expansion. We are very appreciative of the support we have received from the community as well the local and state governments.”

Hiring for the new positions is already underway. Frost-Arnett will hold a job fair at the Kentucky Career Center on East Broadway in Campbellsville April 26-28.

To encourage the investment and job creation in Campbellsville, the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority preliminarily approved the company for tax incentives up to $300,000 through the Kentucky Business Investment program. The performance-based incentive allows a company to keep a portion of its investment over the term of the agreement through corporate income tax credits and wage assessments by meeting job and investment targets.

“The expansion of Frost-Arnett and creation of 70 new jobs is great news that reflects well on the quality of the workforce in Taylor County,” said Sen. Sara Beth Gregory, of Monticello. “I am very glad to see Frost-Arnett receive preliminary approval for incentives to aid in this expansion.”
