Executive Changes: Mattia and Associates Adds Two New Key Executives

Mattia and Associates announces the appointment of Liliana Shields to the newly created position of Senior Vice President/Chief Marketing Officer. Mrs. Shields has been a senior executive in the Financial and Collections Market space for over 20 years.

Prior to joining Mattia and Associates, Mrs. Shields served as Vice President of Finance for CMAX Financial Services. At CMAX, Liliana was the key component in securing the majority of inventory in which to utilize the financial instruments. Prior to CMAX, Mrs. Shields Owned and Operated a 300 station Collection agency which served all of the major banks and issuers along with the country’s biggest debt Buyers.

In addition to her duties as Chief Marketing Officer, Liliana will also spearhead Mattia’s Capital Markets Program.

Mattia and Associates also announces the appointment of Robert Rosales as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Analytics. Rob Entered the Collections Market Space in 1998 and quickly worked his way into Senior leadership Roles, the most recent y serving as Vice President of a well known National Debt Buyer . Mr. Rosales is well known in the industry both for his network of contacts and for his expertise in process Management. He has been a featured speaker at most industry conferences and been featured in several industry publications.

Robert and Liliana will both report directly to the CEO.
