North Carolina Collection Companies Merge to Create Stronger Regional Resource

Greensboro, N.C. – FirstPoint Collection Resources, Inc., has merged business operations with High Point-based Mosaic Revenue Solutions. The new business structure utilizes employees from both Mosaic and FirstPoint. The Mosaic business will now operate under the FirstPoint flagship.

Mosaic Revenue Solutions, established in 1989, specializes in healthcare accounts receivables and was affiliated with High Point Regional Health System. FirstPoint Collection Resources, Inc. is one of the largest accounts receivable management companies in the Southeast, serving the healthcare, retail, utility, commercial and government sectors. The operation is a division of FirstPoint, Inc, a Greensboro-based credit services and receivables management company that has been in business since 1906.

FirstPoint President & CEO Michael F. In addition to accounts receivable management, FirstPoint provides background screening, drug testing, CNA selection tools and Equifax credit reporting solutions.
