Access Receivables of Hunt Valley, Maryland announced today that industry veterans Skip Foster and Jack Clark will be joining the organization as Major Programs Operational Officer and Major Programs Business Development Officer respectively.
Skip Foster has over 40 years of experience and expertise and has held Executive positions with major organizations to include Integretec Performance Corporation, CRW Financial Inc., West Asset Management and Van Ru Credit Corp among others. Skip has played a key role in each of these organizations and has successfully built major call centers as well as strong Management Development programs and Recovery processes. He is considered to be an industry expert in many verticals including The Department of Education PCA program, State Guaranty Agencies, Banking and Retail, Automotive, and first party servicing to name a few.
Jack Clark has been a highly successful business development executive for over 25 years and has led sales efforts at General Revenue Corporation, Van Ru Credit Corp and National Enterprise Systems (NES). Jack is considered to be one of a handful of BDO’s who have the experience and expertise in developing significant program solutions for major credit grantors in the education, banking and debt buying marketplace.
