MRS BPO, LLC, an industry leader in Healthcare, Utilities and Telecommunications Debt Collection, announced the arrival of Julian Roldan as VP of Sales, bringing a significant boost to its BPO efforts.
“I’m very excited to be joining the MRS team,” says Roldan, who has more than 30 years of sales, healthcare and call center experience. “MRS already has achieved outstanding debt collection results for its clients. I’ve been brought in to expand our BPO efforts through inbound call centers and outsourcing IT BPO, and I know our clients are excited because of how smooth the transition has been so far.”
MRS maintains a customer-centric approach to all three services they provide: Accounts Receivable Management, Back Office Management, and Customer Relationship Management. Every employee is trained extensively in compassionate collections strategy, analytics, IT infrastructure and security, and compliance.
Jeff Freedman, Co-CEO of MRS, which has recovered nearly $1 billion in third party collections for its clients since 2005, believes that the agency’s debt collection practices are well suited for a larger role in BPO.
“We’re quickly seeing with Julian’s implementation that our innovative contact strategies are translating very nicely to our expanded BPO efforts,” Freedman says. “Areas in which we already excel, such as customer satisfaction and accessibility, quality assurance and compliance and consistent performance, are all being smoothly replicated into our BPO umbrella under Julian’s supervision.”
Based out of New Jersey, MRS services clients all across the country, and Roldan says he’s excited to continue expanding its BPO offerings.
“There is so much opportunity with BPO jobs, IT BPO, and medical transcription, just to name a few,” he says. “My specialty is in Healthcare, call centers, and BPO analysis and strategy, so MRS is in a perfect junction for me to do what I do best.”
Founded in 1991, MRS has grown from two employees to 600, and services many Fortune 100 and 500 companies by providing accounts receivable management and BPO. MRS utilizes state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology in conjunction with their “best shoring” capabilities to provide highly effective service offerings to companies within the Healthcare, Banking, Financial, Government, Student Loans, Telecommunications, and Utility sectors.
Freedman says that the hiring of Julian Roldan is an example of MRS’ continuing effort to learn more and improve its service offerings.
“As we continue to expand the services we offer, Julian will play a vital role in helping us meet the diverse needs of our growing customer base,” he says. “Julian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in myriad BPO services. He’s going to help our clients continue to identify cost-effective outsourcing solutions that MRS can provide in a compliant, secure, and trusted manner.”
