Executive Change: David Wood Named President and Shareholder in Riddle & Associates

Riddle & Associates, P.C., a Utah-based debt collection law firm founded in 1997 by Jesse L. Riddle is pleased to announce that David G. Wood has been named a shareholder of the firm.  Additionally, Mr. Riddle and Mr. Wood have changed the name of the firm to Riddle & Wood, a professional corporation, and Mr. Wood has been designated as president of the firm. 

Mr. Wood, a licensed Utah and Idaho attorney, has been an associate of the firm since 2001 and has functioned as the chief compliance and managing attorney. 

Mr. Wood expressed his thoughts about the transformation:  “It is an honor to partner with Jesse Riddle.  His knowledge of debt collection law and his defense of our industry are without equal.  He has laid the groundwork for our success.  He has brought great clients to the firm.  I look forward to taking on the issues of these challenging times that present such excellent opportunities for our clients, our firm, and our employees.  I also hope to play a role in educating the public of the tremendous value our industry provides to the economy and society as a whole.”
