Account Control Technology, Inc. (ACT) is pleased to announce the addition of Drew Tyrrell to ACT’s Client Services Team. As Client Service Director, Mr. Tyrrell will be utilizing his years of customer service, sales, and collections experience to maintain partnerships with all of ACT’s clients, while improving the customer service experience and standards at ACT. Mr. Tyrrell will be responsible for the client service and support teams for ACT’s Guarantor, Private Loan, and College & University clients.

When asked what he thinks of joining the ACT team, Mr. Tyrrell said, “Among the few dedicated higher education specialists, ACT was on the top of my list – the management team and staff are truly a great group of professionals and I look forward to a rewarding career with the ACT family.”

Mr. Tyrrell has over 12 years of collection experience in which he has held an array of high-level management positions including Executive Director of Operations, Director of Collections, and Legal Department Manager for a prominent West Coast educational collection firm. As Client Service Director for ACT, Mr. Tyrrell’s #1 responsibility is to “enhance the customer experience” by guiding our Client Service team with the practical knowledge necessary to serve as a comprehensive resource for our clients. He will focus on the development of better communication and operating procedures, permitting efficient service to guarantee communication between each client and ACT. His past experiences will greatly assist in the development of new services and initiatives benefiting ACT’s clients.
