Vision Financial Corp has operated a contact call center for nine years in Rockford, Ill. Today, the company announced plans to open a second in September 2013. The new call center will be located at 5301 E. State Street and it will strengthen a commitment to Rockford, located 90 miles west of Chicago.

“It is a testament to our dedication to this market and the quality of work ethic found here,” said Senior Vice President, Patrick Kelly.

The new facility will measure 48,000 sq. ft. and be jointly occupied with commonly owned affiliate CustomerSpeak LLC. Both organizations will create separate functional centers within the larger space. Approximately 80 agents will be located there by Vision Financial, while CustomerSpeak plans to add 100 new agent positions then double that figure the following month in support of two new projects.

“We’re seeing stronger demand for US-based voice support for survey and customer service initiatives. Having a solid Midwest presence along with a nearshore location provides flexibility to address client needs regardless of demographic or language requirements,” added Executive Vice President, Lloyd Ledet.
