FirstPoint Employees Happy to be Big Losers in Weight Watchers at Work Program

Greensboro, NC – Greensboro-based FirstPoint, Inc. is applauding some recent losses…238 pounds!  That’s how much a group of 19 employees have lost since beginning the Weight Watchers® at Work Program in August.

Through the national program, a Weight Watchers® leader holds weekly meetings at FirstPoint to share healthy eating advice, conduct weigh-ins, and celebrate individual weight loss.  FirstPoint pays half the fee for the 12-week program.

To get employees moving towards their goals, FirstPoint also hosts fitness classes twice each week that include kick-boxing, circuit training, cardio/ab classes, and resistance training.   Employees can participate in Team Walk Challenges, Get Fit weight loss competitions, Lunch & Learn Wellness seminars and the Weight Watchers® Lose for Good program that donates $1 for each pound lost to a designated charity.
