Integrity Solution Services Preparing for Downsizing or Closure of Cape Girardeau Facility

Integrity Solution Services, Inc., formerly National Asset Recovery Services (NARS), has received notice that one of its clients is moving its business to internal sites, and as a result, Integrity is moving to downsize or shut down its Cape Girardeau, Mo. facility. The action impacts employees only in the company’s Cape Girardeau facility, and none of Integrity’s other eight facilities.

The client no longer requires Integrity’s support as they have the required staffing capacity to handle the work performed at the Cape Girardeau facility, and the facility closing is not related to the performance of the center.

The lay-offs are set to occur on September 10, 2013. Employees currently working at the Cape Girardeau facility located at 2012 William Street have been notified of the decision. In addition, employees are receiving letters under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) act. Cape Girardeau Mayor H.E. Rediger and the Missouri Rapid Response Unit in Cape Girardeau have also been notified.

The company is taking a number of steps to support associates at the center by offering pay and benefits in accordance with the WARN Act. In addition the company is providing a variety of services that will help associates with the job search process.  This effort includes hosting resume workshops and arranging onsite visits by other local employers as well as working with the State to make sure associates know about available state services and resources, including unemployment benefit enrollment, training, and job search assistance.

Integrity is also currently seeking other customers to fill this site and has received inquiries to acquire the facility.

The remainder of Integrity’s business at its other eight facilities, including its work for hundreds of clients across the receivables management, customer care, and customer services spectrum, will not be impacted.
