ARM and Banking Executives Form Financial Management Firm

Jerry Donohue and Tom Nusspickel, both former bank executives, have announced the formation of Resolution Services Group, LLC (RSG), a Delaware-based Financial Management firm.

“RSG was created to assist smaller companies in the management of their entire recovery process” stated Tom Nusspickel, President. “Combining our extensive knowledge of the collection and agency industries, we will partner with, create, and manage a solution for smaller debt buyers, regional banks, and alternate credit class lenders.”

Jerry Donohue, CEO, commented “It’s apparent that the expense of building and managing an internal recovery department and collection agency network isn’t cost effective for some companies. Combined with cost-cutting in this economy, many companies are at a loss as to what to do with their charged-off debt. We will offer that solution.”

In addition to managing an outsourced recovery operation for its clients, RSG will also partner with certified Preferred Vendors that will offer reduced pricing for Letter Processing/Mail Solutions, Dialing Solutions, and Collections Software.
