Executive Change: Dale Bissette to Virtuoso Sourcing Group as COO

Virtuoso Sourcing Group, LLC a leading provider of outsourced ARM solutions to telecommunications, financial services and energy companies throughout the U.S., today announced Dale Bissette will join the organization as Chief Operating Officer.  Dale will oversee all existing operations and play an integral role in executing the company’s  strategic growth initiatives.

Dale joins Virtuoso Sourcing Group following a successful career spanning 30 years in the ARM industry, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President for Nationwide Credit Inc.  At NCI, Dale provided the expertise that led Nationwide’s global operations to exceed targeted goals year after year.  Dale is an innovative results driven leader focused on achieving exceptional performance in highly competitive environments that demand continuous improvement.
