Empereon-Constar Launches Women’s Leadership Council

Empereon Marketing, LLC and Constar Financial Services, LLC (Empereon-Constar) announced the launch of their Women’s Leadership Council, which promotes the advancement of women within the Company by providing opportunities for professional development and leadership training.

“Empereon-Constar is dedicated to expanding opportunities for women in our Company,” commented Travis Bowley, Chief Executive Officer.  “By providing women with the skills they need for professional success, we enhance our leadership capabilities and build a stronger, more robust talent pipeline.”

The Women’s Leadership Council is available to all women employees – at all levels, and from all departments.  The program is designed by women to help recruit, retain, and promote future professional women for the Empereon-Constar organization.  Participants receive career development support and guidance that will enable them to grow professionally.  The initial phase kicked off at the Corporate Headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, and will be rolled out to all five Company locations over the next few months.
