Executive Change: Doffie Howard to Stellar Recovery as Director of Strategy and Analytics

Stellar Recovery, Inc. Chairman and CEO John Schanck and President and COO Bob Peterson announced today announced today that Doffie Howard has joined the Stellar Recovery team as Director of Strategy and Analytics.

“I have known and worked with Doffie over the past 10 years,” Schanck said. “Doffie brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience to Stellar during this explosive time of growth for our company.”

Howard’s focus will be primarily on developing, tracking and improving strategies for Stellar Recovery collection center campaigns including concentration on calling campaigns, inventory/portfolio analytics, skip tracing, letter campaigns, collector productivity, and key metrics. He will also develop an analytic reporting package for clients and strategies to evaluate with management team.

Stellar Recovery is an Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) company with corporate headquarters located in Kalispell, Montana.  Stellar also has collection centers in Kalispell and Denver, Colorado.
