Collection Agency Gets Help to Push into Telecom and Utilities Sector

First Revenue Assurance, a premier accounts receivable management company, Sunday announced its engagement of Bartley Ventures, LLC to assist the company achieve its aggressive growth plan. This follows a major push to increase FRA’s presence in the Utilities market.

FRA was founded in 1997 by Judy La Spada. In May 2004 FRA was acquired by Vertex, a leading UK provider of outsourced business services and technology solutions.
